• contact details provided during registration or workspace invitation;
• profile data, user roles and access permissions;
• project data, documents, financial models and materials uploaded by users;
• technical data: cookies, IP address, browser parameters, security events and activity logs.

2. Processing purposes

Data is used to provide access to the service, enable collaborative work on projects, ensure security, fulfill contractual obligations, improve product quality and support users.

3. Cookies

We use necessary cookies for authentication, saving the selected workspace context and correct interface operation. Analytics cookies may be used only to the extent necessary to improve the service.

4. Access and data transfer

Access to data is limited by roles within the workspace. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Transfer is possible only to infrastructure providers when necessary for service operation, or upon lawful request by authorized authorities.

5. Information security

We apply access control, server-side permission checks, audit of critical actions and technical protection measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, modification or deletion of data.

6. User rights

Users may request clarification, export or deletion of their personal data if this does not conflict with obligations to retain project, accounting or legally significant information.
